OUR MISSION ...

Since 2002 we have been rescuing and rehoming lost, abandoned and wild (not feral) cats and kittens; abandoned guard dogs and injured wildlife in south east Queensland. Its a lot of work! The cats and dogs we rescue are rehabilitated, desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and offered for adoption into loving homes. Injured wildlife are rehabilitated and either released back into their environment or rehomed with specialist carers.

There are thousands of pets being abandoned or dumped in Queensland every year and many are starving and injured orphaned kittens who would almost certainly die without a rescue. We also rescue guard dogs who have been left on a vacant lot without food or water by their callous owners. We retrain them as family pets and find good homes for them - 100% success rate!

WildCats (a registered charity in Queensland) has been established with a view to networking with animal welfare agencies, veterinary clinics, pet food and products manufacturers, local factory owners and anyone else who may be willing to make a contribution to the success of our work in rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming abandoned and injured animals.

Adopt MontageHave you considered adopting a rescued cat or kitten rather than buying from a pet store or breeder? These rescued bubbies all deserve a loving home after what they've been through. Please see our Adopt a Cat page or call us on 07 5578 1990 during business hours. We are located on the Gold Coast, Qld, Australia.

Every year we rescue and rehome over 300 abandoned, dumped and injured cats and orphaned kittens in the Gold Coast area. We pay for all their vet work, food and treatments until they're adopted into loving homes. You can help us save more by donating, adopting, fostering or volunteering. Contact us anytime on 07 5578 1990.
